So we're getting a new car next year. We'll have about 12k to play with. We initially agreed on an S-line a4, but I've finally convinced the Mrs that we want an A5. I'd love a quttro, but they're obviously slightly harder to come by.

 Just putting it out there.

Why not spend £5k on a car, £5k on a bike and £2k on Toblerones? I guarantee you'd end up happier.

That's a lot of Toblerones per bike.  Partridge  springs to mind.

It's nearly enough Toblerones

Tbh you can't go wrong with an Audi, except if you're the Euro emissions regs guy. The A5 is good, but only in 3-door form; the 5-door looks like old pants.

RS8?

I know, the 5 door seems a bit pointless. "Let's make a really nice, sleek coupe, and put five doors on it. . . "

kind of defeats the point of a coupe.

It  won't be until about this time next year, as we're getting the kitchen sorted first, but it's nice to look at shiny new cars.

But I really like your kitchen floor. Will you be getting milk in the new kitchen?

Haha, yeh, think we're getting a new floor. Funny, actually, because. I showed the Mrs that video and the first thing she said was "you could of had a tidy round first."

I think there's we're bits of new kitchen sprawled about the hall and clothes on the floor.

Heh, funny how differently men think about these things. The missus is worried about what strangers think of her kitchen, while you couldn't even be arsed to get dressed.

Again,  I hadn't given it a thought. Her brother tried one of the onions, the weekend. He's a proper light weight, when it comes to spicy stuff. This is the kid that thought a tikka masala was to spicy.

He cried. A lot.

Ha, amazing. My sister-in-law can't even take sweet chilli sauce without dying, to the point where I'd never even try to trick her into it because it wouldn't be funny.

Somehow it's alright to do it to guys though, you should have video'd him.

You should sort some of these for your new kitchen

We've already had to arrange it around The kitchen around where the dartboard will go. Can't see her being to impressed, at best, if I infest it with a dinosaurs nest.
