talk to me about them, clutch is worn and starting to slip slightly through gear changes and I don't trust the "custom lathed" flywheel that's fitted to it just now, I will be SC it after Santa has been so I don't really want to have to do the clutch twice but I'm only running 190bhp just now. thanks

I think the standard one will be ok for lbsc. However a richw flywheel will be a must.

I'm going for high boost though, what about Kevlar or organic for now?

Tbh I know the standard clutch (a good one) will be good enough but I would rather have something a little more tougher for track day, drag strip and everyday town traffic abuse if u know what I mean, what's a richw flywheel?

it's a ligher flywheel, basically cut down / lot lighter and made from a different material

Having seen half a dozen not very flat ttv flywheelz I would be wary aboug getting one, I would use a standard one on a road car.

If your high boosting a flywheel won't make much difference.  I've heard massive mixed reviews on the Rich_W ones warping, some swear by them, some hate them.
