My everyday car was suppose to be 306 T16 estate but lack of money made me do this instead...

Its an late 2000 with only 65,655 miles on it. It was  born as a 1.6, now as you see a gti-6 with TD w/ A048`s, Recaro recliners, homemade stainless exhaust, 5 speed gearbox, GAZ goldies all around, the brembos are still in the barn waiting to be painted.

The T16 engine are done and on the engine stand in the hall wink  But the T25VAT turbo are cracked and therefor i need e new turbo. This turbo you dont find easily so areplacement with a GT28xx have to be done. The parts needed to convert to this i need some extra parts from France nad those money i dont have at the moment. The RS engine was at the barn just needed headgasket, timngbelt and new bigend bearings so some cleaning anf paint it was ready to mounted. My estate had a tu5j2 and the MA gearbox was fubar.. so to get the car up and running fast the RS engine was the easy choose this time. The T16 engine dont go to waste anytime soon. I`ll just put in my 306 "maxi"  cool

Is that a genuine maxi or replica? Either way that's awesome.
