Ok, I've noticed recently that from the off position the throttle seems a bit jerky when dialling some in from nothing.  I Think it's always been like this but as my skills have improved and I'm trying to be smoother I've noticed it more, especially mid-corner around town. The temptation is to dip the clutch to smooth it out, but at slightly quicker speeds this can't be good practice.

I've had a quick Google and there seems to be varying advice from "uping idle speed" "re-map" and "power commander"

Just thought I'd bring it up here to see you views.

Power Commander and re-map are never a bad idea, especially if you've changed exhausts from stock.

The one on my Tracer is horribly snatchy, you just have to use the clutch in first then be really easy on the throttle above that.
